When I type "windows," I get:

Code:
windows explorer
windows folder
windows media player
windows movie maker
windows messneger
windows update
etc.

Lets say I use the windows explorer keyword the least, and I use the windows update the most. If keybreeze could sort by the frequency of use, I think it could increase speed. A frequency sorted list would then be something like:

Code:
windows update
...
...
...
windows explorer

Is that possible to implement? Also I noticed that functions get priority over other keywords - was it designed that way?

Thanks

Functions aren't supposed to get priority of other keywords.  The auto-complete will first display an exact match of the entry you are typing.  Then, underneath, it will display other exact matches and partial matches (alphabetically).  If there are no exact matches, then it will only display partial matches (it will also show the partial matches label).
The exact matches and partial matches appear alphabetical.  If this isn't the case for you, it must be a bug.  Could you attach a screenshot?

As for sorting keywords by frequency, I don't think I want to venture in that direction.  People are used to keywords always displaying alphabetically, and changing the sorting method to frequency could cause a lot of confusion.  There are also other ways to launch a keyword that might look like others, such as Windows update.  You could rename the keyword to something that's easier to type, such as "wu windows update".  You could also start typing "update" instead of Windows update to launch that keyword.
