tray icons

i've got some icons i want to set for the keybreeze tray icon, but i don't know how to apply them

i've tried to replace the original one C:\Program Files\Keybreeze\images\tiny skin.ico by renaming my own icon to the same name to overwrite it but nothing happens.

It should work. Did you reload the skin after you replaced the tray icon?

which disappears when i put the original icon back on.
