Can't change option (keybreeze 3.1)

The options dialog is not working. radio buttons and check boxes don't respond.

Try restarting Keybreeze.  If that doesn't work, a reboot should fix it.

Neither reboot nor re-install fixed it. I have Keybreeze on three different computers and all three have the same problem. Something all three have common is that they have Windows XP with Korean language support.

The left pane responds but buttons, checkboxes and radio buttons on the right side doesn't work.
If I click on an item on the left pane and wait and click the item again then it seems to let me rename the item and things on the right side start to respond.
