I'm having some trouble running Keybreeze as standard user on Vista.  Every time I start the program as a non-administrator I get a "Run-time error '5'".  In order to run Keybreeze I have to run it as an administrator.

Is there anyway around this such that I can run Keybreeze as a standard user?

If not, it's too bad.  I played around with it a bit under my administrator account and it's a very slick program.

I am having the same issue, however it occurs with all users, except the one I installed it under.  I am a long time home user of keybreeze and really dig it.  however when i installed it on my Vista work computer to test i got the error.  This is unacceptable for how I use the machine.  if you find a solution I would be interested in knowing.

There is not a solution to this for the current version, but I'm working on a fix for 3.5 beta, which should be released by the end of this month.

Ah haaa, Andrew's on the job, back in March.  We now have 3.5.1 version, but I haven't been able to tell if the admin-run-as problem has a solution.

I would have thought that Kb itself could run at Standard User level and let the individual programs that it runs ask for elevation to higher privileges, when required.

Oh, I see that's March 2008.  Sad
