KeyBreeze updates , uninstall older version 1st ?

                                                               Hi Everyone,
   I'm currently using version 3.1.1 and I like Key Breeze a lot. If I update to a newer version , do I need to uninstall the older version 1st ? I would like to update , but I'm wary of losing my stored KeyBreeze data.

Hi Larry,

When you upgrade to a new version, the installer only updates the executable files.  Your keywords and other settings are generally not modified.  The only exception is if the upgrade includes new preset keywords or new settings.  In that case, the new functionality is added to your configuration files, but nothing else is changed.

You should not uninstall Keybreeze prior to upgrading.  Your keywords and other settings will be fine.
