Hello everyone,
I have just started using keybreeze and I must say that it is a very useful tool. There is something I can't seem to figure out though. I am trying to index all the my files and subfolders in my 'Documents' folder so that I can access any of my documents right from keybreeze, i.e. type in gasoline and return gasoline.xls
So I'll walk through what I did and believe is the way it's supposed to be done. Please let me know if I have made a mistake along the way. First, I open keybreeze and type 'update index.' From there, I click 'Add' and choose whatever directories I want to have indexed, ex. c:\users\owner\documents\ . Make sure that it's checked and both 'include subfolders' and 'index all files' are checked. Finally click start. I see that it starts indexing everything.. then when I try to search gasoline, I get no returns.
Is there something I did wrong here? Any help would be deeply appreciated.

I'm experiencing a similar problem,
I added the keyword "Keynote" manually and I can't get it to appear by typing "keynote" yet if I type "note" it will appear down the list.
Using version 3.5.1 build 2, and if I use the "recently added keywords" option i can launch the program.
Can you find "gasoline" if you type in the word "line" ?

"line" doesn't work, but our problems are relatively different. I don't have any problems adding keywords to open up programs which is what I assume your problem is. I have successfully added keywords for any new programs I've installed and was also able to add custom letter commands.
My problem is I can't get keybreeze to index every subfolder and file within a particular directory. Honestly, not that big a deal for me but I thought keybreeze had that functionality and it was just me that couldn't get it to work.
I'm not sure why your keyword isn't displaying what you want it to. Have you tried deleting the keyword and making another one?

Hello,
I know that this post is old, but I'm having the same problem than mancalledhero.
I'm liking this program, but for me, this feature is a must.
Can somebody help me, please?
Thank you!
