All of the commands in the list move down one keyword so that none of them match up. If I look in the text file it seems to show them all in order, but the program's not reading it that way. If I restore an old set of backed up keywords it's the same thing.

I'm not sure why it's not reading the text file correctly. Could you e-mail me your command list? I can take a look at it and see if I can debug the problem. Just attach the keywords.ini file to a message and send it to:
support AT keybreeze DOT com
In the mean time, you may also want to reinstall Keybreeze. This could also fix the problem.

I have reinstalled it and so far everything is 100%. If I have the problem again I'll send the file to you.
Thanks!

I have had the exact same situation occur.
I have re-installed Keybreeze, but it (fortunately), doesn't destroy the current command file.
I would simply lile to reset my command file and start adding my custom commands, etc again.
How do I remove my file and reset it back ?
Thanks,
Jon

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Before you try resetting the command list, see if you can find a backup first. Type list as a keyword to open the Command List. Then click File > Restore Backup.
You can reset the command list by uninstalling Keybreeze (Start > Programs > Keybreeze > Uninstall). When you are asked if you want to keep your command list, notes, macros, and so forth, choose No. Or if you want to keep your macros, letter commands, notes, plug-ins, you can choose Yes to keep those files. But after the installation, you will want to manually delete the keywords.ini file. Usually this is C:\Program Files\Keybreeze\keywords.ini.
If you can figure out what is triggering the keywords to get off track, please let me know. This is very rare but serious bug that needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hopefully this will help:
I've had it scramble them up again. So, I started testing the keywords.ini file to see if I could figure out what was happening. It seems like it messes up when I change the keyword to a command. What happens is Keybreeze is sorting the Keywords, but not sorting the Targets to stay in-line with the new Keyword order. Consequently, everything shifts one position.
At least, that's what seems to be happening.
I tried it on my work computer and it doesn't mess up. The only thing that is different between the two is that my home computer (the one that messes up) is AMD and the work computer is Core2Duo (awesome processor, btw). Everything else is the same, even the programs that I have them running.
As a side note, this program is great. If I can ever solve the scrambling problem then I'll praise it to high heaven. I love this last update.
