It installed here. Have you tried running the setup as admin (right click > run as administrator)?

I did not know I have to right hand click and setup as admin, I thought I sign in as admin is sufficient. Thanks.

The 'admin' account you sign in with when you're administering a system isn't the real Administrator account.  It's still one protected level below the super admin.  That's why you have to 'Run as admin..' when you install programs.

Of course, it's never a good idea to continue as admin even when you're not installing programs.  Log off and sign back in as a standard user.  Far safer.

At the moment Kb seems to demand that it runs as an admin, but that's another matter that I'm hunting around here about at the moment.  I wouldn't have thought that Kb had to run as an admin, just to perform typical user operations.
