Perhaps adding a dollar sign to the beginning, such as $restart and $shut down would be good alternative. I have accidentally restarted my computer on several occasions, and it is starting to annoy me. I have changed the keywords myself in the past, but installing the new versions of keybreeze just add them again.

I would also like to congratulate you on the new Keybreeze, as it is far better than its predecessor. Also, I hate to hassle you, but how's that skin editor coming along?

Thanks for the suggestion.  Currently, if a user types a few letters in "restart" or "shut down" and the partial matches label appears, a dialog box pops up that asks the user to confirm the action.  I guess I could expand this so the confirmation dialog box pops up every time the user types "restart" or "shut down", and there would be a checkbox that says, "Do not confirm" if the user prefers to restart or shut down the computer without the confirmation.

The skin designer probably won't be released until mid September.  The skins in version 3.0 are pretty complicated, so it's been difficult to create a user-friendly program that lets anyone create a skin.  I'll keep you updated on this though.
