Andrew –
I’ve installed version 3 beta and noticed that none of the links in the system tray icon works for me.
I click on them all occasionally, just to test.  Every once in a while one will work, but usually not.
I’ve tried reinstalling. Any ideas?

It must be a bug as i have the same problem, but they work mostly. Usually clicking off them and trying it again works.

Second that bug. You right click the systray icon, menu pops up, don't work. Make it re appear and then it works. Same for the stick note menu (basically all pop up menu's the program generates).
