Keybreeze lets you quickly control windows on your screen with QuickTab. It's similar to Alt + Tab, but it's faster and has way more features. QuickTab generally works best with the semicolon hotkey, but it also works well with Shift + Space. Here are some of things that you can do with QuickTab:
1. Press the hotkey, type a few letters that appear in the window title, and press the hotkey again to set focus to that window.
2. Press the hotkey and type the first letter of the window title twice to set focus to that window. Example: Hotkey + ii will set focus to a window in your taskbar that starts with i, such as Inbox.
3. Hotkey + space: minimize window.
4. Hotkey + shift: close window.
5. Hotkey + ctrl: close window.
6. Hotkey + tab: equivalent to Alt + Tab.
Note: These may not be configured by default. Press the hotkey and type options as a keyword to configure QuickTab.
Change the size and position of the topmost window:
Keybreeze lets you quickly change the size and position of the topmost window on your screen. To set up this functionality, press the hotkey and type options as a keyword. Click the tab for QuickTab. Configure one of the key combinations, such as hotkey + F5, to Position window. Enter the coordinates that you want for the size and position of the window.
Examples:
1. left=0,top=0,width=50%,height=50%
This will place the window in the top left corner of your screen.
2. left=right,top=0,width=50%,height=50%
This will place the window in the top right corner of your screen.
3. left=0,top=bottom,width=50%,height=50%
This will place the window in the bottom left corner of your screen.
4. left=right,top=bottom,width=50%,height=50%
This will place the window in the bottom right corner of your screen.
5. left=0,top=0,width=60%,height=100%
This will place the window on the left side of your screen, taking up 60% of the total width. This is similar to pressing Windows Key + Left arrow on your screen, but this allows you to make the window slightly wider.
6. left=right,top=0,width=60%,height=100%
This will place the window on the right side of your screen, taking up 60% of the total width. This is similar to pressing Windows Key + Right arrow on your screen, but this allows you to make the window slightly wider.
