I upgraded KB, but after I activated it, and then as per your instructions, attempted to close and reopen it, I couldn't. The program closed, but now it will not reopen. The app icon is still in the app list under the start button, but when I click it, it does nothing. Will uninstalling and reinstalling the app solve the problem, or is there another way? Thanks for your help.
I'm adding this comment for tracking purposes. Jim and I had an email conversation last week and were able to get this issue resolved.
