This sounds great! Any news on this one? I often place things in different locations on different machines. in Keybreeze Will NOT start on boot/reboot! Fails to add registry item | 4 years ago |
Hello Andrew, Thank you for your response. It turns out that Windows Defender thinks your installer is malware because when I turned off, and only when I turned off, real-time protection, was I able to add the registry key manually. However, the registry key was deleted upon restart and Windows Defender turned on real-time protection again. I used the Group Policy editor to shut down real-time protection, ran your installer, and still the registry entry is not there. What is going on? I even ran Regedit as an administrator! (Yes, I am the admin... it is my own laptop.) Every time I add the key manually, it is removed when I close the registry and reopen it.
The only thing that is different is the version of the your installer! in Keybreeze Will NOT start on boot/reboot! Fails to add registry item | 7 years ago |
